At 0317 GMT on 30 May 2016, a Chinese Long March 4B (CZ-4B) rocket with a large fairing took off from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Centre in China. Aboard were three spacecraft. The 2,630 kg Ziyuan 3-02 is a Chinese civilian remote sensing satellite operated for the China State Bureau for Surveying and Mapping. It was released into a 499 x 484 km orbit at 97.5 degrees inclination Sun-synchronous orbit. Also aboard the flight were two 37 kg Nusat space craft: Nusat 1/Fresco and Nusat 2/Batata which are the first two satellites in a remote sensing/Earth observation constellation being designed by the Argentina based Satellogic S.A. firm.
