Cygnus OA-5 (Alan Poindexter) was unberthed by the International Space Station’s robot arm at 1125 GMT on 21 November 2016 and released from the Unity module at 1322 GMT.  Aboard the cargo craft were four Lemur cubesat spacecraft which the spacecraft plans to release into orbit. A Saffire II experiment on in orbit fires was also carried out on the craft.

Update on 28 November 2016:  Having raised its orbit on 25 November to 495 x 504 km, Cygnus OA-5 released four Lemur cubesat craft in pairs on 25 and 26 November respectively. The Cygnus craft was then deliberately re-entered to a safe burn up upon 27 November 2016.

Post Script: The ISS RapidScat instrument has been formally retired by NASA since a power fault had knocked it out in August.
