Arianespace successfully launched a Soyuz 2-ST-B/Fregat M vehicle from the Sinnamary launch site near Kourou in French Guiana at 1809 GMT on 10 February 2022. The Europeanised Soyuz vehicle was carrying 34 satellites in service of the OneWeb constellation. The mission took 3.5 hours to complete as the Fregat-M upper-stage conducted nine separations to deploy the payloads. The satellites have been deployed into a low Earth orbit of 450 km, inclined at 87.4 degrees. From here they will propel themselves up to their operational orbit at 1,200 km over the coming months.
