Details have emerged of how the European Space Agency and the Russian Federal space Agency’s hopes for collaboration on the Crew Space Transportation System (CSTS) ended and what next for the western European €21 million ($26.8 million) Advanced Reentry Vehicle (ARV) phase A work.
