Flightglobal has sold the Ascend SpaceTrak business in a Management Buy-out to Seradata Ltd (www.seradata.com), a new company set up to provide the space industry with world-class data and analytical tools.
The hosting of the Hyperbola space blog/space news service has also transferred to the new company together with its editor David Todd, his space analyst colleague Phil Hylands and with Seradata’s new Managing Director, Tim Fuller.
