The Russo-Ukrainian launch provider, ISC Kosmotras, sought to reassure its customers that its operations would continue at least until the end of 2015. This was after an apparent proclamation by the current Russian Space Agency, Roscosmos, in response to tensions between Russia and Ukraine, that the joint project would soon be ended. Kosmotras CEO Alexander Serkin set to reassure clients when said via the ITAR-Tass news agency that the company would carry out three launches of its Dnepr rocket (converted SS-18 ballistic missiles) in 2015. The next flight of a Dnepr 1A carrying the Kompsat 3A for South Korea is due in March.
