The Russian Raduga-1M3 military communications satellite was successfully launched by a Proton M Breeze M launch vehicle flying out of the Baikonur Cosmodrome near Tyuratam in Kazakhstan at 2346 GMT on 11 November. The spacecraft was reported by its manufacturer ISS Reshetnev to be doing well.
