On 6 February, Singapore Technologies Electronics (ST Electronics) ordered a PSLV launch from Antrix, the commercial arm of the ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) for its Teleos 1 earth observation spacecraft. Teleos 1 has a ground resolution of 1m and will be launched to a Sun-synchronous low Earth orbit in late 2015.
According to media reports, the ST Electronics firm is also going to jointly build and market an new microsatellite bus design called the A150 with the US Space firm ATK.
